My MindSpa sessions are designed to be joyful and uplifting and to encourage curiosity and compassion for ourselves amidst the challenges and demands of daily life.

Whether you engage in sessions in a group setting, as part of a work wellbeing activity or work with me one on one, my commitment is the same; to support you to experience the benefits of meditation and find your own way to make it part of your everyday wellbeing and self-care.

My sessions focus on 2 main areas:

  1. Helping you relax your mind and body to reduce stress and tension, leading to deep relaxation and calmness. I use mindfulness movement meditation to guide you.

  2. Using your current situation as a foundation to boost self-confidence and self-compassion. I utilise creative visualization and guided meditations to help you work through challenges and attract positivity in your life.

Ideal for friendship groups, hens weekends, book clubs or birthday celebrations.

  • Delivered in your home, you can host a small group of people for a 3 or 4 hour session of pampering for mind, body and spirit.

  • I’ll work with you to create a suitable space in your home and put together a program of relaxation, pampering and meditation exercises.

    Suitable for small groups of 4 – 8 people

  • Booking fee is $0 per person

Ideal as a staff wellbeing or professional development activity.

  • This program is designed for workplaces to explore various self-care and meditation-based activities which can be incorporated into a workplace wellbeing plan to support ongoing job performance and job satisfaction.

    This program can be delivered as a 2, 3 or 4 hour session.

    Each session will include various breath and bodywork relaxation exercises, guided meditations and mindfulness activities suitable for workplaces. The 4 hour session allows additional time to look at workplace wellbeing strategies specific to your workplace.

  • A minimum of 6 and maximum 15 people per session.

  • Booking fees:

    Community, NFP and NGOs:

    $150 per person for the 2 hour session

    $200 per person for the 3 hour session

    $250 per person for the 4 hour session

    Government and Corporate agencies:

    $250 pp for 2 hour session

    $300 pp for 3 hour session

    $400 pp for 4 hour session

A 3 hour session delivered at community centres, neighbourhood houses, sports clubs or yoga studios.

  • Sessions include mindfulness based relaxation exercises, guided meditations and creative activities.

  • Sunday MindSpa is perfect for individuals wanting to take some time for themselves to enjoy deep restorative relaxation and experience various self care activities they can practice on a day to day basis.

    I can work with your centre to include a session in your program calendar.

  • Booking fee:

    $50 per person for a 3 hour session

This program is suitable for people who prefer to work one to one to develop a meditation practice to suit individual needs and interests.

  • The One2One Coaching Program includes an initial assessment of wellbeing interests and current practices and identifies your challenges to maintaining a meditation practice.

    We work together to set meaningful intentions and develop strategies to build motivation and commitment to meet your goals. You will explore various meditation styles and exercises as you shape your own practice.

  • 4 sessions of 1.5 hours each

  • Coaching package: $500
