Where it all started…

My meditation journey began in my late teens with a close friend, exploring teachings from popular self-help leaders like Louise Hay and Wayne Dyer.

We practiced together, exchanged books, and created guided meditations.

This experience had a positive impact on us and remains significant to this day.

Years later, I pursued formal meditation studies, obtaining a Diploma in Meditation Therapy and Holistic Counselling.

I also earned Advanced Certificates in Brain-Body Medicine and Meditation for Children.

Delving into research on meditation benefits affirmed my belief in its efficacy. I focus on mindfulness, mind-body medicine, and creative visualization in my workshops, programs, and MindSpa sessions.

Meditation helps me navigate challenges, stay strong, be compassionate, confident, and pursue goals.

I use it daily for planning, resolving, clarifying, and creating in all areas of my life.

Meditation Makeover

Anxiety and depression are widespread mental health issues in Australia.

Research shows that practicing meditation can help support people dealing with these conditions. 

I use insights from teaching Mental Health First Aid for 8 years to help people in schools, offices, and community groups in Victoria and the Northern Territory.

Prioritising our mental health is key to improving our quality of life and builds a more caring and compassionate society.

Meditation based practices have so much to offer and I look forward to sharing them with you.

My services

  • Delivered in your home, you can host a small group of people for a 3 or 4 hour session of pampering for mind, body and spirit.

  • Designed for workplaces to explore various self-care and meditation-based activities.

  • A 3 hour session delivered at community centres, neighbourhood houses, sports clubs or yoga studios.

  • Suitable for people who prefer to work one to one to develop a meditation practice to suit individual needs and interests.
